   - We accept refund requests for hair products within 7 days from the date of purchase.

   - To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

   - Hair tools and electrical products are not eligible for refunds due to safety reasons.

 

2. Refund Process

   - To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at brownskincurls@gmail.com within the eligible refund period.

   - Provide your order details, including the order number, item(s) to be returned, and the reason for the refund request.

   - Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

   - Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

 

3. Return Conditions

   - The item(s) being returned must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

   - We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product(s).

   - Upon receiving the returned item(s), our team will inspect them for compliance with our return conditions.

   - If the return is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

 

4. Non-Refundable Items

   - We do not offer refunds on hair tools and electrical products due to safety reasons.

   - Used or opened hair products are not eligible for refunds, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

 

5. Exchanges

   - We do not offer direct exchanges for hair products. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the refund process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item separately.

 

6. Non-Returnable Items

   - For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to used hair product (unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival).
